I have City and Guilds qualifications in cake design and decoration, hygiene level 2 certificate, Allergen training and am registered with Stockport MBC. I am also fully insured.

A word about ingredients and Allergens
All my cakes are made using high quality ingredients and in particular free range eggs. Being a vegetatrian myself animal welfare is always a key factor when sourcing them.
I am happy to discuss dietary requirements although unfortunately I am unable to cater for people with severe allergies as I cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of certain allergens. Of the 14 main allergens my cakes will usually contain wheat (gluten), milk and eggs and on occasion may also contain soya and nuts. These will be clearly labelled on your finished cake.
